You will have private, one to one sessions with your own Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach.
Sessions are offered in-person at the Kells Clinic.
Each session is approximately 60 minutes.
Part 1 of the programme is an introduction to understanding the foods that we eat and how they affect our body and how we feel. The first step to successful weight loss is fully understanding why we put on weight in the first place. When we understand this, then we can start working on the solution. We offer you step by step guidance on how to start making healthy changes to your diet and lifestyle.
Part 2 answers the most common questions people have about the optimal diet. Should I eat fish? What about wheat? Aren’t some oils healthy? How can I conquer cravings and binge eating? The vast majority of people are quite confused about what they should eat to lose weight. What is the optimal diet? We bring this information to you in a way that is easy to understand and apply.
Part 3 is the day-by-day diet plan. We give you step-by-step guidelines and support you through a 2-week transition that has the potential to change your life forever. We will help you design your own healthy eating plan, based on the healthy, natural foods you like to eat, and to fit with your lifestyle. Within 48 hours of starting on the Slenderlink programme you will start feeling so much better that you will want to stay eating this way for life. You will lose weight steadily while eating healthy, satisfying meals. Once you start losing weight you can expect to lose up to 10 pounds a month until you reach your optimum weight.
Part 4 shows you how to maintain healthy eating for life. You will quickly find that eating a more natural diet not only helps you shed extra pounds, but also improves your mood, energy, and sleep quality. Feeling healthy and well-rested every day, will help you cope with the normal stresses of a busy life. In part 4 we offer you common-sense guidance and strategies to make your new healthy eating and lifestyle easy to stick to over the long-term.
