We collect your contact information (email address, name, telephone number). We use this information to respond to enquiries and/or requests, to send you email or text reminders about your appointments and to call you in the event of you missing your appointment.
You may subscribe to receive email updates from the blog on the Site by submitting your email address. You also may submit comments to the blog on the Site or through the contact mechanism on the Site, where you will be asked to enter your name and email address.
Web servers may automatically capture the following information from visitors to the Site, including the name of the domain and host from which you access the internet, the internet address of the Site from which you enter the Site, the pages you visit on the Site and the amount of time you spend on the Site. In our clinics, we capture information for the purposes of monitoring your progress through your weight loss programme. We use the information collected in-clinic to better inform our decision making in recommending the most appropriate weight loss advice.

How will the personal data collected about me be used?

Your email information (email address, name) is stored at the list server that delivers our newsletters. Your information is not shared with any 3rd party. All of the newsletters that are sent to you are sent by Vivien Rountree, and always include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters by simply clicking the unsubscribe button in the emails.
